Sensilight™ ICE ist ein von der FDA zugelassenes IPL-Haarentfernungsgerät für zu Hause, das auf COOLED RPL™ (Reactive Pulsed Light) basiert – Sensicas patentierter Weiterentwicklung von IPL, kombiniert mit einem Saphir-Kühlfenster. Es ist für die Entfernung unerwünschter Haare vorgesehen und sorgt für eine dauerhafte Reduzierung des Haarwachstums.
Das Saphirfenster liegt direkt auf der Haut auf und bleibt während der gesamten Anwendung kühl, sodass sich bei der Behandlung größerer Bereiche keine Hitze aufstaut. Eine Schutzbrille ist nicht erforderlich. Ein Sensor für Hautton und Hautkontakt prüft die Haut vor jedem einzelnen Lichtimpuls. Wenn eine der beiden Voraussetzungen nicht erfüllt ist, löst das Gerät keinen Impuls aus.
