Distributor Pre-Launch Checklist
Complete all items before requesting launch approval.
1. Verify Team Access
Since you are viewing this, you are in the portal! Ensure that everyone else on your team (Marketing, Sales, Medical) has their correct role-based access passcodes so they can view the specific assets and materials relevant to their jobs.
2. Download Core Product Assets
Navigate to the Portal Gallery and use the Product Category filters (e.g., Sensifirm, Sensilift, Base Gel) to download the required assets for each product you plan to sell:
Download official product photography with clear backgrounds for your e-commerce product pages.
Download approved clinical Before & After images to embed in your product descriptions (these are critical for conversion!).
Download promotional video clips to use for your advertising and website.
Download the PDF User Manuals to host on your site or provide to your customer support team.
You can use the checkboxes on the asset cards and the Batch Download bar at the bottom of the gallery to download all your required assets at once in a single .zip file!
3. Brand Compliance & Website Setup
Ensure absolutely no placeholder images or unapproved third-party graphics are used for Sensica products. Only use assets downloaded directly from the Portal Gallery.
Download the official product copy from the portal and translate it for your local market if necessary, ensuring the tone matches the Sensica brand.
Check the portal for official marketing articles and blog posts. You can translate these to use in your local advertising campaigns or directly on your website to drive traffic and education.
If you are translating product descriptions or articles, refer strictly to the official PDFs in the portal to ensure you are not making unapproved medical or scientific claims.
Verify that all downloaded videos and high-res images are properly optimized for web loading speeds on your storefront.
4. Training & Education
Ensure your teams are fully equipped to sell and support Sensica products:
Verify that your sales and customer support teams have completed the core product training modules and understand the key technical specifications and USPs.
Review the official campaign guidelines so your marketing team understands the brand positioning and messaging strategy for launch.
5. Final Preparations & Review
Verify that all necessary regulatory documents and product certifications for your specific region are present, downloaded from the portal, and up to date for every product you intend to sell.
Double-check that your website and marketing materials meet all Sensica brand guidelines.
Confirm that your inventory has successfully arrived and is properly logged at your Distribution Center (DC).
You are officially ready to launch Sensica to your market!
